Lara Schnitger: Two Masters and Her Vile Perfume

Anton Kern artist Lara Schnitger transforms the Sculpture Center into a makeshift medieval piazza. A response to Charles Baudelaire’s 1857 poems Les Fleurs du Mal, the installation will explore transformation, religion, decay, and sadomasochism. Marked by patterning, figuration, and collage, this new exhibition promises a bizarre kind of titillation.
