As usual, I’ve listed our picks for this week’s art events at The L Magazine. There’s a lot in store, from an Arts Tech Meetup and a panel discussion to screenings, performances, and openings. Here’s one I’m particularly excited about:
Sound performance/installation: The Clocktower, DroneScape
Nova drones! We have no idea how they work, but experimental electronic kits placed throughout the Clocktower will harness the awesome power of sound and light to forge a “unique auditory and visual environment.” Beware: if this video and past performances at the Clocktower are any indication, this will be really fucking loud.
