- NYCHA chairman John Rhea recently made an announcement that New York residents without utilities would still be required to pay full rent, but that they’d get a credit in January. [Huffpo]
- The benefit party is the new runway. [Artinfo]

- Hamas and Israel may stop firing rockets at each other today. Good. [CNN]
