Nominated for Best Documentary, Lucy Walker and Angus Aynsley’s film tracks artist Vik Muniz, who travels to the world’s largest landfill, Brazil’s Jardim Gramacho, to photograph people who live off the waste of others. The money he receives from the sale of his pictures, he gives back to his subjects. Congratulations Mr. Muniz. Wear the fine arty-ist of bow ties for us.
